(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur on Friday, March 15. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 7:31 a.m. Its epicenter was 95 kilometers northeast of Cagwait. The depth of focus was 18 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
