(Eagle News)–A 4.9-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Saturday, Feb. 29.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 5:28 p.m., had its epicenter 393 kilometers southeast of Sarangani.
It had a depth of focus of 162 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
