(Eagle News) — In nearby Ilocos Sur, the magnitude 7.3 quake that struck Abra on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.

In Caburao, Santiago town in Ilocos Sur, this house collapsed after the strong quake.

Strong aftershocks were felt after the quake which PHIVOLCS continued to monitor.

The initial quake struck at 8:43 a.m. on Wednesday, July 27.
