De La Salle Lipa receives hoax bomb threat

(Eagle News) — Dela Salle Lipa on Friday received a hoax bomb threat on Friday.

De La Salle Lipa said it received the threat through text message at 7:40 a.m.

It said the Institutional Safety, Security and Emergency Services Office conducted paneling and search operations in buildings and surroundings as part of protocol, and found that the school was “100 percent cleared.”

The Philippine National Police, it added, has been notified.

“Rest assured that we have done our part to ensure the safety of your children,” the school said.
