(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with light rains are expected in parts of Northern Luzon today.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said these conditions will be felt over Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Benguet and Aurora while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan due to northeast monsoon affecting Luzon.
PAGASA said the easterlies are also affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and Aurora province.
Coastal waters will be rough to very rough.
