Cloudy skies, isolated rainshowers expected today

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said  partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands in particular.

PAGASA said this was due to the southwesterly windflow affecting extreme Northern Luzon.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over the provinces of Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Qurino, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mt. Province , Benguet, Aurora, and the rest of Cagayan, this time due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA said the easterlies are also affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.

Light to moderate winds will prevail Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province, which will have slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
