Classes, work suspended in Santiago City, Isabela

(Eagle News) – -The Santiago City government in Isabela has suspended government and private work on Friday, Sept. 14, as “Ompong” threatens parts of the country. Cagayan gov’t targets zero casualties as it prepares for typhoon Ompong

DOT: Boracay rehabilitation to be completed by December 2019

(Eagle News)– Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat on Thursday, Sept. 13, said it will take a year before Boracay is completely rehabilitated. Mga nasawi sa aksidente sa Kalinga, umakyat na sa 15

(Eagle News) — Umakyat na sa labing limang katao ang nasawi sa nangyaring aksidente sa Barangay Dao-Angan, Balbalan, Kalinga, Apayao. Karamihan sa mga ito ay senior citizens. Duterte: New airports to be built in Sangley Point, Bulacan

(Eagle News) — There will be new airports in Sangley Point and Bulacan. This is according to President Rodrigo Duterte himself, who spoke with Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo in a nationally televised tête-à-tête on Tuesday, Sept. 11. Duterte did not provide details. He earlier said, however, that there was a need to decongest the existing airports.
