Espinosa aide shot dead in Ormoc, Leyte
(Eagle News)—An aide of self-confessed drug distributor Kerwin Espinosa was shot dead early Wednesday, Sept. 26. Police said Joel Aberilla was shot while he was drinking with his friends at 12:50 a.m. in Barangay Alta Vista, Ormoc, Leyte. Rescuers dig out survivor in Cebu landslide
(Eagle News) — Rescuers on Friday, Sept. 21, dug out a survivor from the landslide in Itogon, Benguet. Authorities have yet to release information on the survivor. At least a dozen people have so far died in the tragedy.
