(Eagle News)–Partly cloudy skies are expected in parts of the country today, March 30, as the easterlies affect southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
