SCAN International conducts rescue operations in typhoon hit areas

This is the second day of rescue operations conducted by the SCAN International in Bulacan South, for victims in flooded areas of Calumpit, Bulacan. COMELEC to remove 96% of presidential candidates

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will conduct examination of the 130 candidates for presidency in the 2016 elections with 125 of the candidates to be subjected to a series of hearings to find out if they have the capability to run for presidency.
