According to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), today is the last day for bus operators to apply for special permit to be able to travel in November 1. Some provinces in the country is expected to experience the severe drought conditions in years, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its advisory.
