Senator Alan Peter Cayetano filed an administrative complaint against the officials of the Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) as well as the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) in the Office of the Ombudsman regarding the “laglag-bala” scam. Cayetano cited EO 226 as his basis for filing the administrative complaint against said officials.
