Roque: New cases to be filed vs then-DOTC officials for MRT-3 mess

(Eagle News)–A man was killed and his companion was injured in a shooting incident in Manila on Saturday. The police have yet to identify the fatality and his companion, who were shot on the second floor of the 999 Mall in Divisoria.
