Backup car of BuCor chief Catapang fired at on Skyway; no one hurt

4.1-magnitude quake hits Cagayan

(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Cagayan on Saturday, March 16. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 5:20 p.m. Its epicenter was 84 kilometers northwest of Calayan. The depth of focus was 25 kilometers. LRT-2 operations suspended from March 28-31 to give way to train maintenance activities
