(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Tuesday, March 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 12:21 p.m. Its epicenter was 125 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos. The depth of focus was 40 kilometers.
