3.0-magnitude quake hits Surigao del Norte

(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Norte on Tuesday, April 16. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 58 kilometers northeast of Burgos at 11:01 a.m. The depth of focus of the quake was 10 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.    

DOE: Luzon grid back to normal as of Tuesday, April 16
