Gatchalian to DOE: Be transparent about nuclear agenda

Guevarra says blast at Bilibid shows “magnitude of security problem” there; probe under way

(Eagle News)–Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Friday, Oct. 11, announced a probe into the explosion that rocked the New Bilibid Prison amid ongoing clearing operations there. Blast rocks Bilibid amid ongoing clearing ops

(Eagle News)–A blast rocked the New Bilibid Prison on Friday, Oct. 11, as authorities continued to conduct clearing operations.
