(Eagle News)–A yellow rainfall warning has been hoisted over Northern Samar. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said flooding is expected in low-lying areas, near river channels and landslides in mountainous areas in that area. Light to moderate to at times heavy rains are being experienced in Bicol Region, particularly in Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Catanduanes, Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte. PAGASA said these may persist for one to three hours.
