NGCP cannot ensure electric supply on election day

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines cannot ensure that there will be an ample supply of electricity on election day. Wong returns money to AMLC and BSP

QUEZON City, Philippines – Casino junket operator Kim Wong once again returned money to the Anti-Money Laundering Council and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Wong returned Php 250 million which is part of the Php 450 million that Wong promised to return. This is the fourth time that Wong returned money in order to recover the $81 million stolen from the Bangladesh Central Bank.
