Nepal police demolish camp for earthquake displaced

Husband of late Senator Santiago appointed as new presidential adviser for revenue enhancement

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday, March 14, appointed the husband of late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago as presidential adviser. President Duterte appointed Atty. Narciso “Jun” Santiago Jr., as his presidential adviser for revenue enhancement with the rank of undersecretary. Santiago is a former interior and local government undersecretary, and a former customs official. He also held the same position from 2004 to 2012 under the administration of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
