QUEZON City, Philippines – The Sandiganbayan 4th Division ordered the issuance of arrest warrant against former Laguna governor ER Ejercito after he failed to attend his arraignment regarding graft charges filed against him. The court also ordered the confiscation of the former governor’s bail bond.
