4.2-magnitude quake hits Davao Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Friday, May 15.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 2:55 a.m., had its epicenter 59 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso.

It had a depth of 134 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
