4.7-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Oriental waters

(Eagle News) — A 4.7-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental waters on Wednesday, May 6.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 10:53 a.m., had its epicenter 136 kilometers southeast of Manay.

It had a depth of 51 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
