(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck Leyte on Tuesday, Jan. 28.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 4:50 a.m., had its epicenter 10 kilometers northeast of Kananga.
It had a depth of focus of 14 kilometers.
An instrumental intensity II was recorded in Ormoc.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
