(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected to prevail in parts of Northern Luzon today.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be experienced over the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Kalinga, Abra, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Apayao, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino and Aurora due to the northeasterly surface windflow.
Light to strong winds will prevail over Northern Luzon and Aurora province, PAGASA said.
The coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
