3.2-magnitude quake hits Cagayan

(Eagle News)–A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck Cagayan on Tuesday, Aug. 13.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 16 kilometers southwest of Santa Praxedes at 6:51 a.m.

Depth of focus was 23 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
