(Eagle News)–A 5.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Saturday, December 10.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 4:01 a.m.
The epicenter was 51 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso.
The depth of focus was 61 kilometers.

Intensity III – City of Davao; City of Mati, Davao Oriental; Alabel, Glan, and Kiamba, Sarangani; City of Koronadal, Polomolok, Tampakan, and Tupi, South
Cotabato; City of General Santos
Intensity II – City of Kidapawan, Arakan, M’lang, Makilala, and Pikit, Cotabato;
Maasim, Sarangani; Surallah, South Cotabato; Columbio, Sultan Kudarat
Intensity IV – Don Marcelino, Davao Occidental; City of Kidapawan, Cotabato;
Intensity III – Nabunturan, Davao de Oro; City of Davao; Glan, Kiamba, and Maasim,
Sarangani; City of Koronadal, Polomolok, Tampakan, and Tupi, South Cotabato;

No damage to property was reported but aftershocks were.
