4.9-magnitude quake jolts Davao Occidental

(Eagle News) — A 4.9-magnitude earthquake hit Davao Occidental on Monday, December 28.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 6:13 a.m., had its epicenter 269 kilometers southeast of Sarangani.

It had a depth of 57 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
