(Eagle News)–A 4.8-magnitude earthquake struck off Batanes on Sunday, Nov. 15.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 7:15 a.m., had its epicenter 66 kilometers northwest of Itbayat.
It had a depth of 16 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
