4.4-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Oriental

(Eagle News) — A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Thursday, Dec. 1.

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 6:30 a.m.

The epicenter was 158 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso.

The depth of focus was 129 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
