(Eagle News) — A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Thursday, Sept. 30.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 6:32 a.m.
It had its epicenter 496 kilometers southeast of Sarangani.
The depth of focus was 175 kilometers.
PHIVOLCS said the quake was of tectonic origin.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
