4.3-magnitude earthquake strikes off Eastern Samar

(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Eastern Samar early Sunday, April 14.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 3:52 a.m.

The epicenter was 89 kilometers southeast of San Policarpo.

The depth of focus was 15 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks.
