4.3-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Occidental early Tuesday

(Eagle News) — A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Tuesday, Jan. 25.

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 3:23 a.m.

The epicenter was 257 kilometers southeast of Balut Island.

The depth of focus was 25 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
