(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Batanes on Monday, July 22.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 126 kilometers southwest of Itbayat at 12:06 p.m.
Depth of focus was 2 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
