(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Ilocos Sur on Monday, May 31.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 10:48 a.m.
It had its epicenter 41 kilometers southwest of Vigan.
An instrumental intensity I was felt in Vigan City.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
