(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Ilocos Sur on Saturday, Sept. 25.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 6:08 a.m.
It had its epicenter 34 kilometers southwest of Santa Catalina.
The depth of focus was 39 kilometers.
The following intensity was reported:
Sinait, Ilocos Sur- Intensity III
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
