4.0-magnitude quake hits Davao Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Wednesday, Oct. 14.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 11:43 a.m., had its epicenter 38 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso.

It had a depth of 118 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
