4.0-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Occidental early Wednesday

(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Wednesday, April 10.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 1:58 a.m.

Its epicenter was 335 kilometers southeast of Balut Island.

The depth of focus was 63 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
