3.9-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Monday night.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 46 kilometers southeast of Caraga at 11:34 p.m.

Depth of focus was 11 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
