3.8-magnitude quake hits Zambales

A 3.8-magnitude quake struck Zambales on Thursday, March 14.

(Eagle News)—A 3.8-magnitude earthquake jolted Zambales on Thursday, March 14.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck 40 kilometers southwest of San Felipe.

It had a depth of focus of 32 kilometers.

No damage nor aftershocks were expected from the quake, which was tectonic in origin.
