3.7-magnitude quake hits Tarlac

(Eagle News)–A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck Tarlac on Tuesday, April 21.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 2:41 p.m., had its epicenter 2 kilometers northwest of Tarlac City.

It had a depth of 13 kilometers.

The following intensities were recorded:

Intensity II – Palayan City, Nueva Ecija
Intensity I – San Jose, Nueva Ecija

No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
