3.7-magnitude quake hits Davao Oriental early Tuesday

(Eagle News) — A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Tuesday, Sept. 22.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 4:23 a.m., had its epicenter 10 kilometers northeast of Banaybanay.

It had a depth of 56 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
