3.6-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Wednesday, Oct. 2.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 265 kilometers southwest of Sarangani at 7:26 a.m.

Depth of focus was 10 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
