3.6-magnitude quake jolts Agusan del Sur

(Eagle News)–A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck Agusan del Sur on Tuesday, Oct. 1.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 8 kilometers northeast of Talacogon at 7:55 a.m.

Depth of focus was 71 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
