3.5-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Sunday, Sept. 15.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit off 25 kilometers northeast of Governor Generoso at 3:05 a.m.

Depth of focus was 24 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
