3.5-magnitude quake hits Pangasinan

(Eagle News)–A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck Pangasinan early Friday, Aug. 16.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 31 kilometers northwest of Bolinao at 3:35 a.m.

Depth of focus was 19 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
