3.5-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 3.5-magnitude earthquake hit Davao Occidental on Thursday, Sept. 5.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 23 kilometers southeast of Don Marcelino at 1:37 p.m.

Depth of focus was 144 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
