(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck Nueva Vizcaya on Thursday, Sept. 12.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 7 kilometers northwest of Ambaguio at 8:01 a.m
Depth of focus was 1 kilometer.
The following intensities were reported:
Intensity IV – Ambaguio, Nueva Vizcaya
Intensity III – Atok & Bokod, Benguet; Tinoc, Ifugao
Intensity II – Baguio City
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
