(Eagle News)–A 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck Leyte on Saturday, Sept. 7.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 12 kilometers southwest of Burauen at 1:14 p.m.
The following intensities were felt:
Intensity III – Burauen & Albuera, Leyte
Intensity II – Baybay City, Leyte
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
