(Eagle News)–A 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Sur early Thursday, July 18.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, an aftershock of the 5.5-magnitude quake in the province on July 13, hit 14 kilometers southwest of Carrascal at 2:52 a.m.
The quake, of tectonic origin, had a depth of focus of 5 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
